It was parked in a disabled bay in a "PRIVATE CAR PARK" owned by Macdonalds. He's not broke any rules IMO. Some media Lady of the Night took the photo and sold it.

I wonder if the Mirror will have a similar headline when their reporters are jailed for phone tapping?

The car shouldn't have been parked there, but its hardly the Chancellor's fault, and even if it was surely it would make him a man of the people, as I doubt there are many out here that haven't done likewise at some point of time.

Cab trade do it 100s a time a day down here. :shock:

It's Private Land covered by Parking Eye Parking Enforcement, if they see any discrepancies I'm sure they'll issue on of their parking invoices.

That said you usually call them fascist.

That said, again, I couldn't care less even if I was a paid up member, as you keep on banging on about, if you don't join you can't change it.

So maybe it's best you join up and see if your methods succeed.
