No need to kick her while she is down.
She will probably try for the next indy referendum now.

She would never win one, Most of us Scots would rather remain in the UK than Leave it just to stay in the EU, many SNP supporters voted to leave the EU so she can't rely on their vote either.

She knows she will never win an Indy vote this year next year or any year anytime soon, by then she'll be out of the EU along with the rest of the UK, and she's to stupid to realise that if ever she did get Indy then she'd be out of the EU in any case and would struggle ever to meet the criteria to rejoin it.

The good people of Scotland are getting fed up of her empty threats and many of those who voted Yes to Indy in 2014 will not vote Yes for indy2 now as they can see how Scotland is struggling so economically badly behind the rest of the UK on all fronts, We Scots need the Pound, We need the rest of the UK to sell to and buy from just as freely as we do now, most of us want to keep the Monarchy and to keep our open border with our biggest and oldest allies....England, Wales and NI, we all come from the same roots..

Whatever the SNP may think they still vastly underestimate the mood and will of the Scottish people to remain British and who are mostly proud to remain British in spite of Brexit...we are much to canny a people to be misled by this tiresome woma and and her party of neverendum.

She whines on about the Evils of Westminster governance and connviently forgets to mention that Westminster is the UK government which has 51 Scottish MP's elected representing Scotland there, she also conveniently forgets that this was a UK wide referendum and not one made up of UK regional preferences and must be honoured by all the UK not just the areas that voted for Brexit.

She also conveniently forgets that over a Million Scots vote to leave the EU and a further 1 million were so disinterested in the EU thing they never voted at all....so in reality the Majority of the Scottish electorate never voted to stay in the EU and only a sizable Majority did so can't speak for all of us, more than 2 Million Scots did not vote to Bremain in the EU.

Dream on Nicola..you've lost the fight before you even begin your futile Indyref 2 crusade.

Are you trying to take over from TT as chief wind up merchant?

Scotland will not be leaving........No Army/Navy/Airforce to defend themselves....No money to pay their portion of the National debt......No money/certainly not enough to pay EU contributions (if they were in)....No oil fields! (Does anyone believe that the UK will just hand them over?)......and then the small matter of a couple of million Scots who would want to stay....... oh really #-o

The EU wouldn't want us back, they can't afford to pay for us.

So true...Not even the EU would want that meddlesome woman sturgeon on their side, she has done nothing to better the lot of her fellow Scots, she's only ever destroys and divides...hardly the political Ideals her beloved EU aspires to.

We never hear anything in the media down here to suggest that she is unpopular in Scotland. What do the Scottish media have to say?

To a few of her Pro SNP papers the sun shines out her Arse, but to the majority of the mainstream press she has form for doing nothing about getting the country up and running again, all her policies flop due to over interference or are badly conceived, the SNP are not politically astute at running a country..there one reason for being is to win independence.

Luckily the Tories are making ground on them fast and Labour are also slowly getting their act together as well so by next Election time up here the SNP will no longer be in the driving seat of Scottish politics..

If that's the case how come they are the dominant party in Scotland ?

Through a protest vote against Labour. It was nowt to do with every SNP voter wanting independence just that there was no credible other worth voting for, if it was they would have won the 2015 Indy referendum and they were trounced by 55% to 45% to remain in the UK...and that was when they were at their peak, now they are on the wane as the voters see them for the non achievers and rebel rousers that they are.

Scottish Holyrood Politics is a farce..with this daft system up here you can come in second and still get an elected seat at Holyrood through an Additional member system based loosely on proportional representation...it's a hiding to nothing when even a loser wins.
