so he's resigning because of the campaign to discredit him. The problem is even if it is all above board and legal he is now tainted. The smear campaign has worked

Even if he gets reelected he is now proven to be just like the rest of them so he has no chance of winning a general election the mud has stuck and with it all hope of breaking the two party sysstem

Everything he does is always well calculated.

He will win his seat by a mile, even if Restore tries to muddy the waters.

The main parties are saying they won't field candidates, Greens not yet known.

Farage could still have a problem if a strong independent (not Binface) decides to pick up the gauntlet. Remember Martin Bell?

so we now have 34 candidates in the field for clacton ! They are probably going to recover the costs in lost deposits :lol:

Tinhead was the de facto Red/Blue/Green/LIBBO/Restore candidate but even so and with his own 500 votes, he still only got 9000 votes whereas as Farage increased his vote

no wonder the big 6 didnt turn out

It's party conference time and Farage is lying low

several reform councillors have resigned or switched parties in protest at the "donations scasndals" and now we have the mahoosive 36 million pounds which again is from crypto industry

My thoughts are that they want to buy Farage into power and then he will dismantle all the careful controls on Crypto that the uk has so that millions of unsuspecting Britons can lose their life savings as they are conned into investing in it.

Farage is a shareholder with an ex-Tory cabinet minister in a crypto company.

So he doesn't really need that £72 million to be a fan of crypto, as he already is.

Now if the Tories had got it right last time, then there would be no chance of Reform forming the next government, and that £72 million could have been in their bin.

But they f***ed up big time, and deserve to lose everything.
