I have today been informed by a good friend that Wrexham have de-limited, and Torfaen's current policy is under review.

I was also informed by the deputy licensing officer that plate values are currently about one thousand five hundred pounds, that must be one of the lowest in the country. :shock:

Applauding the exchange of one restriction over another ONLY because it allows people like Sussex a plate is as two faced as you can get.
