On Thursday 30th June 2005 the full Reigate council voted to adopt the recommendations of the Scrutiny committee and lift Hackney carriage numbers control.

The report is comprehensive and the council has adopted everything that is contained in the report including dress code. Well worth a read if you haven't already read it.

Regards

It's getting there JD, not many more to go.

But soon, you just never know, it might be deemed unlawful for those councils that have decided to keep taxi quotas, to maintain such a policy.

But then what would we have to talk about? :D
