Those people plying their trade in the Hastings area will soon be subject to an unmet demand survey. Hastings last nigth decided to undertake an unmet demand survey for the services of Hackney Carriages.

Things don't happen that quick down in Hastings. :-$

The DfT at the beggining of 2004 ask council to review taxi quotas, yet it takes Hastings until now to sort out a survey.

Still councils are best left to decide things themselves. ](*,)
