In the background papers from Eastbourne Council's licensing committee de-limit report, the local head honcho from the T&G gave his views on de-limitation.

He wrote "Managed Growth would have absolutely no effect whatsoever".

For the first time in my life, I agree with the T&G. :shock:

but hang on arentb they the big fat fans of managed growth?
