Could you please explain this Jimbo? All I said is that you're clearly anti-derestriction, but at the same time you're trying to say that no one wants a plate in any case, so what's the problem and how am I spinning?

You may not like it much, I really don't know why you care, unless you want a plate in Lincoln, but I am happy with the retention of the status quo. But why do you want to see de-limiting in Lincoln?

That's maybe a pertinent question in the normal restricted numbers scenario, but since you say no one wants a plate in Lincoln anyway, then surely the more relevant question is why derestriction seems to worry you so much?

Why do you answer a question with a question?

You say why not de-restrict, if no one wants a plate,

I say why deristict if no one wants a plate.

Shall we organise centenary celebrations for the London 25 Feet turning circle next year?

Or will you continue with your myth, rather than reality?

But why bother opposing it if no one wants a plate anyway?

The answer is clearly that there are people who want a plate, but you don't want us to know that :-$

Why bring that into it?

I can't remember the last time I even mentioned the turning circle :?

I would say a £15/20/30,000 survey every three years is reason enough.

Survey carried out 12 months ago. we may as well get our money's worth out of it.
