Anyway on with thread, why does everyone keep saying that the plates do not belong to the person who paid for it, surely they are intangibles and are therefore part of the business.

That's a bit rich coming from someone who's clearly intent on stirring things.

The only confusion I've seen over the last few days is from the people who don't like an opposing argument about the trade being put forward for once.

I would get used to it :D

Well for something so contentious, why dont you identify yourselves, that would bring it to an end, everyone would then know there is nothing in the claims made by others.

Why don't you ask them for evidence?

The fact is that they can think of nothing better to say.

Another thing, one of them threatened to go round and have a word with the solicitor (that was when he was in hospital) that's the one that brags about keeping a truncheon in his boot.

Maybe that's why you stay anon as well, just in case you fall out with them [-o<

I'm not sure if anyone has actually said that the plates don't belong to the person who paid for it?

But, anyway, as Sir Christopher Bellamy said in the Wirral case, the license is still there, even after derestriction, the thing that is lost is the premium, which is attributable solely to the policy of the council at any particular point in time.

Steady on Sussex, It was just an idea

It's a great idea and I look forward to you reporting back what TDO's so-called owner has to say.

I will give you a reminder tomorrow if you wish.

 He has been stirring it, :? "people don't like an opposinging argument?"

Your an absoulute star "tdo",maybe we as in "edinburgh" do not like the lies you spout from this site, indeed, today your cohort spouts more rubbish, he has undoubtly spent hours trying to pick holes in the jacob survey, but to what end? the FACT of the matter is that "jacobs" fullfilled their contract with "cec", they worked to the criteria they were given and supplied the results, so whats the problem, wrong results for you? Give it a go,TAKE THEM TO COURT? , but YOU won't will you  : "put up or shut up" springs to mind, so, I beg to differ, "sirius" is not the stirrer, YOU are!

As for anyone not likeing an opposing argument, Do we really look like we are here to make friends with you wannabee cabbies

I couldn't give a f*** if you believe me or not.

But this is the chap that the liars says owns and runs TDO:

Mr David Spencer from Davies Arnold Cooper 60, Fountain St Manchester M2 2FE : 0161 839 8396

Give him a ring and ask him, then come back and tell us what he said.

We just did, and he confirms we don't like it up us, but YOU do  is he a CLOSE pal of yours?

basically JD you needed to read the report just a little bit further and you might not have taken it all out of context.

Because he doesn't have an axe to grinde, he like us knows that its just a small part of the bigger picture, and he knows like us that he doesn't have too  simply put, yer f.u.c.k.e.d, if your whole argument is based on discrediting "jacobs" then your "cream crackered"
