as for knowledege of computers/electronics mines is fairly extensive but thats just down to experiance
i did hint that thier was indeed ways of doing it but im still waiting for you to catch up

The actual mod is here and guess what, everyone, IT WORKS

All you do is install 4 files to the board and hey presto! Admin can view everybody's private messages.

One other point Ali, while we're waiting for your promised apology ( :lol:

) There is also a mod available to encrypt private messages so that they are not saved as plain text in the database. Would this be required if, as you claim, PMs were already encrypted.
Oh and BTW Mr. Saul (the guy you emailed about his mod) has never heard of you - strange really, or maybe not.

I think you should read his post again - or are you deliberately trying to mislead everyone.
It is obvious that he was shown a demo of the mod working. Since it allows only administrators to view PMs and he is NOT an admin of this site, he was either shown your site's PMs by an administrator of this site or he viewed the mod on another site. Simple really, if you apply your mind to it.

Nobody said that.
This is about claims that were made that PMs could not be viewed by Admins. It has been proven that they can. Whether you do it or not is irrelevant, the point being made is that it is easily done.
Your over-reaction to this could be indicative of latent guilt (unmet or not :wink:

You have a forum. You claim to be a computer expert. Install it, check it out then uninstall it. The files are all additional they do not modify anything else. Oh, and then you can apologise.

Look, I realise that you're a devious and dishonest individual, but I've no interest in reading the PMs, so haven't looked into it, so as far as I know you could be using some kind of hack to read the PMs.
