Could anyone tell me how many plates there are in Manchester, and how much they are selling for?

Ten Grand more than Liverpool and twenty grand less that Halifax.

Any particular reason why you wan't these details of Manchester? You could always phone the city council and ask them. 0161 234 4917. let us know what they said.
