I have recently started to drive a rented cab in Liverpool. The number of Liverpool plates is restricted by the council to 1417. When I am working, though, I see some really high plate numbers such as 1751 and 1773. How come there are these high plate numbers if the restriction is 1417? I would be grateful if someone could help me with this. |

Or better still phone liverpool licensing, you will get an instant answer, maybe. How much do you pay for the privilige of renting track in liverpool?
