click me please :D :D :D

Taken from Eastbourne Council website..

The Committee supported the option of managed growth, which would ensure a gradual increase in numbers and would prevent any oversupply of vehicles and congestion on the ranks. It was agreed that consultation was required before a decision was made on any of the options set out in the report.

RESOLVED: (1) That consultation is undertaken with the hackney carriage and private hire trade and representatives of the businesses, organisations and the public on the policy options set out in the report.

(2) That a report be submitted to this Committee summarising the responses to the consultation in three months prior to making a final policy decision.

That was highlighted two weeks ago in the restricted database dummy.

Nigel was just trying to be clever JD, and as usual fails miserablely.

Still he would much rather support a trade that told the council a few years ago that they would put more WAVs on, yet in the end got rid of some they already had. [-X

Funny thing is Tom that JD was suspect a little while ago, before that it was me for ages, and you about 2 years ago.

And to think there are one or two on here who actually believe what Nigel says.

Nigel, the committee don't want a survey, without it any policy will be un-lawful. Thankfully the LO knows that, even if your motley crew don't.

So they can consult until the cows come home, or the Angel admits his lies, but unless they survey, they will de-limit with a WAV provision.

Of that, there is no doubt.

When I read the subject line of the thread I thought it might be the 'killer' evidence that we've all been waiting for, or this stuff that will blow us out of the water

I think you mean air rather than water Nidge, and the 'hot' variety at that
