Yesterday Kings Lynn decided to have a survey to determine their future policy but in the mean time they are to issue 6 new licenses and the vehicles must be brand new WAV's, whith no more than 150 miles on the clock. How's that for quality control? lol Regards JD |

At least they will have the option of a brand new E7! Though if its driven down from Glasgow (400 miles) to get a plate, I wonder what they would do then? ![]() |

Evidence, if any were needed, that some councils haven't got a f***ing clue. ![]() |

That is normal procedure when you have councillors who haven't got a clue about their portfolio. It should also be remembered that Kings Lynn had extensive consultations with both sides of the Trade, many of the recommendations may well be a bi-product of these consultations. The 150 mile usage policy is unreasonable and inflexible, I'm sure the courts would veto it. We shall have to wait and see what transpires when they have the survey. Regards JD |
