Thurrock are pussy footing around about having a survey, I understand informally the local Taxi trade have agreed to foot the bill but the second in command informs me that as far as he knows they have never had a survey in the past and up until such time they do he will process any application that comes before him. However reading my notes of April 2005 It appears I was informed by the LO back then that they had a survey in 2003. I'll check out the situation tomorrow.
