Pendle plates are currently 20 grand they recently restricted licenses without having a survey. Anyone who wants a plate in that licensing area should write to the licesning department and ask for one.

I wasn't aware they did? lol

I do hope Pendle get a few requests for licenses, as the legislation states "a licensing authority cannot refuse a license, unless it can prove there is no demand for the services of Taxis that remains unmet". It would appear Pendle are flying in the face of legislation, unless of course they have a magical way of measuring demand which no one else knows about.
