A mate of mine is in UKIP, and although he does talk a loads of crap sopmetimes I think he has got this right.

By all accouncts within the next two year we are going to have to have regular training up dates.

It's a valid point, but what I can never understand with this trade, is why we never have any on going training?

We do training, it costs a fortune and as the lads work alone well it doesnt happen.

plus the training is done by a bunch of lecturers thet dont know the difference between cab and private hire.

and its only wothwhile doing for employees, unfortunatly, though those self employed who volunteer are pushed in, as it can boost group sizes.
