 Post subject: Fit and Proper

A curious thought occurred....

As a licensed driver, I am subject to the "fit and proper" test, which at best very subjective but are those that subject us to the test also fit and proper?

I am reminded of the labour party conference whereby an 80 year old was arrested under anti terrorism laws for Heckling!
A little power in the wrong hands is too often misused.

Are licensing officers required to show fit and proper credentials?

Who watches the watchers?
