If it's brand new it doesn't need an MOT for three years I think, as long as it's approved for sale in this country.

Was thinking that.....mind you once the vehicle is a HC it needs an MOT every year from year 1

A hack needs an mot at 12 months old. PH is 3 years.

Are we talking MOT's or Certificate of Compliance. My PH is brand new doesn't need an MOT but does need a Certificate of Compliance. Our LA tell us to get our certificate first and then get the application for the vehicle from them. You can't get the application without first getting the Certificate so you definately need the vehicle first.
