ive stated clearly before that a private hire vehicle should not be identifiable as a licensed passenger carrier, thats where the trouble starts

Anyone who will take them where they want for money, licensed or not.

Now if you want to take immediate hires off the street, why not just get the right licence, instead of looking for ways to do what your not allowed to do under your chosen licence?
