very intresting ,we have a company picking up clients at crewe station nearly every day in unplated vehicles ,they have a contract with a major bank and there cars are always at crewe picking up ,they have vehicles plated as ph but also unplated vehicles pick up ,passats, mercs ,etc ,there drivers park on double yellow lines and just walk past with name boards for the bank ,these vehicles are licensed in a different area to crewe and they park in front of the hackney rank on double yellow lines forming there own pick up point ,theres been complaints galore about them but nothing gets done

Apart from the vehicles with no "visible" plates (which may be bank company vehicles) I don't see a problem. Vehicles licensed in a different area are entitled to pick up if the booking arrangements have been followed.
i can assure you there not bank vehicles ,the ph company in question all have personalised number plates ,some which have ph plates and others display nothing ,there is no problem with ph picking up its there unplated vehicles picking up we object to ,booking arrangements should be time .company, and the persons name ,these people just have the name of the bank displayed on boards and just usher the bank staff to there vehicles ,

Spot on....Ive noticed the tendency for these vehicles to have Personalised number plates to...Im guessing thats to conceal the Vehicles age as they get older, they all look smart but im sure banks wouldnt personalise number plates on ferry vehicles...executive vehicles or not..
the Vehicles are hired for runs as hire and reward, there may be some thats owned by banks or business but if they all are then somes moonlighting at a dozen different venues for different companies.
