There's only a few things wrong with what skippy suggests. Primarily the traffic commissioner has f*ck all to do with taxi licensing in England and Wales (God only cares what happens in Scotland). Secondly, Cheshire is 'probably' zoned whereby the old districts still remain. Thirdly, a new application for a license is not a renewal, until such time as the law is changed (or more clearly defined). CC |
