The persom we need to speak to was in London today, so we are still waiting to put our point across.

I spoke at length to one of the licensing officers today & by his tone & content I think this will go through as a sub office at licensing committee.

Perhaps not tomorrow, but certainly at the next licensing meeting or even under delegated powers in a matter of weeks.
