Thankyou gents for a peaceful conclusion to the thread. a prosperous and a very Merry Christmas to all.
This suggestion of a radio as part of licence condition is only a suggestion by the council and of course we are invited to debate the issue and make our views known to the relevent authorities. There is plenty that has been gained from this thread and no doubt will be put forward in representations and discussions. As I said earlier I totaly agree with some form of driver training and testing which is also being suggested but being forced to pay a radio firm seemed unfair and thankfully you lads have confirmed that. =D>
