2) Ask for a breakdown of the actual costs of processing a driver's license, as the 19% increase is a bit of a pi** take. Ask them to justify the large increase in costs. If they can't then they are going against Manchester-v-King 1991.
If i had any fight left in me i would, ill give it some thought but will probably just charge a bit more, reduce servicing, buy chinese tyres, run on red and pimp the wife out.
what annoys me is that my LA gets my fees but 85% of my work is out of area
