Does anyone know how many / which councils apply either a spoken or written english test to their HC / PH applicants?

Thanks in advance.

We don't have an English test as such but all the paperwork is in English and there are no translations.

A certain city south of you has had a literacy and numeracy test for nearly two years now.

Why not speak to MH about it?

We should have English tests but I don't think we do and there are rumours that if you don't speak english well you can have a verbal knowledge test with a translator present but how true that is nobody knows for sure.
