Is it such a surprise that unlicensed cabs are being driven by folks with criminal conviction? 
Maybe next week that radio station will announce that the world is round, and folks wont fall off the edge.

So why doesnt PC Harry Sexton go out on his other "on duty" days in the month and catch around 60 of the Illegal guys.....be good value for money and could save lives !! |
