Lap dancing clubs, currently licensed in the same way as pubs and bars, will be reclassified to be grouped with sex shops and peep shows under changes announced in the Policing and Crime Bill. Local councils will also be expected to clamp down on lap-dancing clubs near schools or other locations considered controversial under the new legislation.

TBH I don't think the problem is the clubs and the girls, instead it's the scum they attract. :shock:

Yeah....had a guy on Saturday night who spent a fair bit of cash at the local lap dance bar, he spent so much he had no money for the cab fare.......he sent his wife out of the house at 4am in the morning with the cab fare.

I didnt have the heart to say where he'd spent his cash, it is christmas afterall :shock:

One of my cllleagues once had to call the police to collect a fare after the guy disappeared indoors following a trip from a local pub. Police secured payment, then his wife arrived home wanting to know what was going on.

Oh, says my mate, just got the guy in this house from the red light district 20 miles away!!! After wife storms indoors, copper says you picked him up locally. Yeah, says our hero, but she doesn't know that. Divorce followed soon after!!

Sex shops and peeps shows seem so much more scumy than lap dancing bars. I mean it was ok going into the lap dancing bar but I don't think I could go now knowing it's under seedy licence :oops:
