dose any one what are the rights of drivers when a complaint is made against them. 1. does the council need to say what the complaint is about before you go and see them 2. dose a driver need to go 3. were is the rights of drivers show |

IMO they should give him a rough outline of the complaint, which would allow him to arrange his side of the story, including any witnesses. If they don't then he should go to the meeting and simply refuse to comment until he has taken advice from a union/association/CAB. As for the answer to question 3, TBH I haven't got a clue what you are asking.
