Lord Lucas: to ask Her Majesty’s Government whether a taxi rank created under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 is considered to be a parking place; and whether such a taxi rank can be enforced under Decriminalised Parking Enforcement.

Considering the new found vigour of all these closet entrepreneurs in the House of Lords perhaps Lord Lucas has found a way of making vast amounts of money from a taxi rank consultancy.

Would he like the answer from TDO or would he prefer to wait for the Ministers response?
