Hi all New to the taxi game, i m hoping to get involved with a minibus i purchased through redundancy, there are a few things that confuse me, i read in local council office that vehicles have to be less than 5 years old, but joe bloggs over the road has a 2001 plate avensis on a taxi plate, and he only got his license last year, A minibus with 10 seats, does this have to be downgraded to 8 seats? Thanks Marty Need more information really, what area? PH must have 8 seats or less, otherwise it comes within the realms of bus legislation. CC |
