Basically, my local council didn't issue a notification of suspension when a driver didn't turn up with with his updated docs...(drivers license and vehicle license had been issued six weeks earlier) the vehicle stayed in my name and this has had a knock on affect for me.... a fraudulent insurance policy, identity theft etc and I want to sue them for maladministration and injustice ( the driver involved is still licensed ) and they are not interested at all. So, I just wanted to improve my knowledge before I take them on legally

I really wish it was that simple. It is a complete cover up. What makes it even worse is the fact that an NALEO member/'co-author' is aware of everything but has chosen to remain oblivious to all the criminal and fraudulent acts that have been committed and the total negligence of licensing and enforcement. Its been going on since 2008 and despite all the overwhelming evidence they refuse to acknowledge anything and take any necessary action

Unless you put down the facts here, how are we supposed to given an opinion?

That being stated, every LA has a complaints procedure, have you thought of that route?

I will try and do a summary then post it. I went to the CEO, who delegated it to someone, who in turn delegated it to someone else. Who did..wait for it......an "Investigation and Interrogation" it had more holes in it than a string vest
