Thanks for the link,I tried to see if it was on but couldn`t find it,also looked under case law which is very poor for this forum?.It needs lots more adding to it.

It needs tidied up I think.....there's a load of cases on there and they take a little finding......a job for admin I guess.

To be consistent there should really be a London section.

After all, it's as different a jurisdiction to England's as Scotland's.

I agree, but there does seem to be a lack of London stuff on the forum anyway.......but it may increase the appeal of the site?

OK. Thanks Alex. That was very quick.

May I suggest this thread returns to licensing and legal, or whatever section it was in, and the original case ONLY is cut and pasted to the trancripts section?

What say the rest of you?
