That would depend on how many passengers and how much luggage. We looked at one a few weeks back and it looked OK but you could always use a top box for extra luggage space if needed. |

I've had a Peugeot 406 and been spoilt but the Focus looked quite big. Just can't understand why my area hasn't had any plated. From what you saw do you think it would take four passengers and cases? |

This is what really pi$$es me off about PHvs and saloon HCs. A Ford Focus Estate as a PHV, FFS!! You're supposed to be providing a comfortable car for your punters FFS!!! And stupid councils go along with micro-mini cars like this for PHV and in saloon car HC area!! That IS one thing that needs looking at in any new Cab Act; the size of vehicles, or a minimum size of licensed vehicle. Coventry got it right years ago, when they introduced the 'Coventry Frame' as a vehicle size determining method. It should be used nationally for all licenced saloon vehicles!! |

In London, there are two Nissan Micras, 11 Ford Fiestas and six Vauxhall Corsas licensed as private hire vehicles by the PCO. 
And one Ford Fiesta is an "R" registration (1997-1998). |
