i'm told we have a very good formula that allows an increase each year in line with costs. but costs went up this year but fares didnt. so work that one out.

any one can gives us a view on this It states in PHM that you had an increase in September last year. Do you have an Annual review? Who asked for last years increase? If the Council refuse a reasonable request you could probably apply to the Magistrates Court for a ruling, but as you had an increase eight months ago, they may have good reason to refuse. If you don't have an annual review, then GET one. If you don't have a regular review, no wonder you are 255 in the league table. |
