6.1. The licence holder shall produce a current vehicle road fund licence on demand to the Council
at any time during the period of the licence.

No the council can check on line for free with the DVLA they just need the reg

I think you are missing the point Skippy. The Council are asking the owners to produce something on demand that does not exist. They need to update their conditions.

You can print off proof of payment when you renew.

They also require the paper section of the driving licence, as weve moved after the abolition of that i cant prove that has my address on it

Check your LA requirements (they dont demand a taxi test i hear)
