They look the part but looks can be deceptive, no mention of Council licensing or vetted drivers, I'd dig a bit deeper if I were you.

Ive heard of them.

They were advertising franchises in one of the National papers (Daily Express I think)about six months ago.

Ring council and ask if they are licensed, its public information.

TDO has e-mailed this company asking them nicely to come on here and answer the question.

Hello

I'm just trying to get set-up in the Corporate/Chauffeur sector and went to see them about 6 weeks ago.

Would be operating on my own & have no experience in the trade so I looked at their package, with that in mind I can't decide whether I should go on my own or put cash into the franchise & would be interested to hear anyone's views on the value of the £25k.

Thanks.

It would be interesting to see what you get for your £25,000.

For the record, are the vehicles and drivers licensed by a council?

Guess they didn't like the question.

What did they say to you about licensing Newboy?

They were a bit vague really. Said it wasn't always nescessary becuse of the type of work they do. Not knowing much about the industry I didn't question it much.
