Does anyone know of any local authorities that impose age and/or dress codes to taxi & private hire services but fail to to the same with regard to education services such as school transport contracts ? |

I think you can start with Aberdeen, and finish with York, and include the 400 odd councils in between.

Meant to say one of the dress code conditions here is no baseball caps yet it forms part of the very same council's dress code for Lollipop men & women
