In Renfrewshire (Paisley,Glasgow Airport) its £27 for a piece of plastic, value for money or a good way for a council to generate extra income ? |

It's a case of councils just buying stuff from who they like with no regard to costs, as it's mugs like us that pay for it in the end. |

Well given the markup of thousands of percent for those paying the £27, it's certainly a good way for the plateholders to generate extra income
