Post subject:  curious taxi driver

HI

Im 22 currently in a full time job earning about 20K livin in wiltshire and id like to try to see whats its like being a taxi driver. So can some people advise me .. and help me answer the following questions..


How old do i need to be??

what tests do i need to do.. r they hard?

how much will it cost me for tests, medical, license...

wat is the best car 2 get and how new does the car have to be..

how much could i be earning during the average day if i done taxi from 9-9pm for example?

whats are the bad bits

The customers and other drivers, especially cab drivers.

Best job ever mate. Pick your own hours etc, have a day off when you want etc. I think alot of drivers will try putting you off because the more around the less work for all of us ! :wink:
