There is nothing stopping a registered disabled person driving a ph/taxi providing he passes the councils medical.

Let's face it there are many people with blue badges that are fitter than most taxi/ph drivers.

I thought the motability tax exemption was to enable disabled access to the same benifits as able bodied people. To use the exemption to run a buisness, Ie proffiting from a free vrfl, was a no no. We had one 10 years ago who was suspended for using his grandads car as a plated hac.
I'll bet its illegal somewhere alongthe line.

I leave ALL chaps alone. Incidentally, Sussex, I saw in the Torygraph today that an old wreck was found near Worthing. Hope you haven't fallen off the wagon (again)?

Worthing is in West Sussex, so I couldn't care less about it.

Call me a bigot, but that's my view.
