Seems to be a bit of a pullava over a trailer.

I think there are one or two vehicles around here have them, but I don't think the LA takes any interest.

Of course, the drivers aren't silly enough to bring the trailer near the ranks.

As with any set of rules I think there's an unwritten element which basically relies on common sense - for example, the rules didn't say that Linda couldn't take an alsation into her cab, but no one with a bit of common sense would do so. So I think you're thinking about it a bit too pedantically Pete.

It's like a contract, for example the contract that undertake when someone gets into our cab. It's generally oral and nothing is written down, but there's all sorts of implied terms that are generally just accepted by all and are simple common sense.

Don't most by-laws say that anything attached to the motor must be approved?

Now to most that's roof-lights and signage, but it could also mean trailers.
