Post subject:  Prom car legal?

Local "prom limo" is asking for a donation to a registered animal charity but no fee for car or driver. is that legal?

Doubt any insurance will cover him for that.

Not legal.

Hire or reward. So even though the donation is to a charity it is still illegal.

Cos the Wolvo PH ops licence if feking expensive and he would need a cyber office within the Wolvo LA
