Can i block book a PH for (say) 6 hours to take party guests home from an event without knowing who or when the trips are exactly. having a car on the site, the venue is rural, a wedding venue, way off the public road network |

As long as the booking states that you have booked him for a period of time running people from A to B or C or D, then I'm struggling to see what would be unlawful in that. |

Yep, quite legal. It's a bit like getting Sharon and her bloke from the pub late at night, then Wayne and his mate get in and want to go somewhere else. All the same booking. |
