Does anyone remember where the case notes were for the Manchester Airport saga? They were in this section but I cant seem to find them. Were they under a different name?

Not in Manchester.

That hearing wasn't in a court of law and it has no basis in law. It was purely a decision by the Traffic commisoner who is not a judge and not qualified to offer a legal ruling.

She can only rule on whether or not the rules or conditions of the license holder have been breached.
