Revised Conditions of Fitness

PCO Notice 19/04 announced the reconsideration of three elements of the Conditions of Fitness following the completion of the initial review, the results of which were announced in PCO Notice 10/03. PCO Notice 43/05 announced the results of that reconsideration process.

A revised Conditions of Fitness has now been published that is effective from the
1 January 2007. In due course this document will be available on the PCO website; however, until this time copies can be requested by contacting Barry Cook, Senior Vehicle Compliance Manager at barry.cook@pco.org.uk leaving your contact details.

I see one of the conditions is that black cabs mustn't have red signage with the words Press Cuttings Monthly on.
