Except that it isn't totally true. Vehicles can be licensed by VOSA under pcv as well. There is a company near me that has 10 PCV licenses and most of them are on saloon cars that are used for school contracts. |

I hope they are charging the kids separately? And if only two of the four kids go in, then they can only charge half the fare.

I am trying to get a copy of their operating license because I am sure that they are not sticking to it. There is usually only one kid in each car but I do know that they have one contract that has 3 kids. I used to carry 2 of them myself. |
