The next time someone flags me down and only asks me for directions I'll be tempted to put the meter on and charge them for my time. lol

Anyone else thought of doing that?

Regards

Never been flagged down for directions. Always getting it on the station. I do the same in a strange town. There is nearly always a rank on the station.

Its getting beyond a joke here. You can be first in line driving down the main highway and you get flagged only to be asked can you direct me to such and such a place. So instead of being first cab you end up being last cab in the pecking order.

I would never dream of saying that's two pounds for the information but there is many a time I've thought about it. lol

JD

Been flagged down and asked the time, for a light for a cig and for a price for a taxi later on in the evening.

You just feel like ripping their heads off as dozens of cabs fly past.
