Someone asked me the other day if someone was stealing the clothes of TDO? I thought that was pretty hard to do as I kind of think we are quite unique. They told me about an article they had seen in a monthly magazine relating to a subject we have discussed time and time again that of the 12 month DVLA license rule.

I thought it was rather irrelevant considering most people know the law in that respect or at least they should do. Anyway I didn't give it a second thought as it is a rather innocuous subject and one which we have discussed many times.
