This is a classic sting of a P/H driver sat on a Manchester taxi rank plying for hire at 9-30 in the evening with not an enforcement officer in sight.

The P/H driver was asked how much to Bramhall, Which is a village in the county of Cheshire. The fare is roughly 17 pounds on Tariff one and 22 pounds on tariff two. The sting asked can you take me to Bramhall and how much. The P/H driver replied "get in". The rest is highlighted in the video.
